Tell us more about the card.
Does it have any other identification on the card?
Does it have any connectors/cables? If so, what kind: number of pins,
type of connector, etc?
Does it have any larger IC's (more than 20 pins)? What identification
appears on the chips, e.g.: 6551, Z80B, etc?
What slot did you find it in? (Although this can be misleading, it can
be a hint.)
A more complete description will probably allow an identification.
