SYNDICOMM LAUNCHES WEB SERVICES

January 18, 2002--Syndicomm(tm) announced today the opening of its Web-based
chat and bulletin board features.  The Web chat and bulletin board software
integrates directly with Syndicomm's already-existing telnet-based software,
providing instant and seamless interaction between Web and telnet users.

"We're excited to offer Web access to our bulletin boards and Real Time
Conference areas," said Eric Shepherd, Syndicomm's owner.  "Although both
are still undergoing further enhancement, they're already drawing very
positive feedback from our members."

Syndicomm offers forums on subjects from classic computers to the latest
Palm and Macintosh systems, as well as health, politics, and online games.
Syndicomm Online costs $10 per month, $22 per quarter ($20 with credit card
