in my dreams
in my dreams-
KEGS32 and/or XGS32 would both emulate a lance GS card via via windows
network drivers the way Baislisk II does for Mac emulation
KEGS32 and/or XGS32 would allow mounting devices attached to PC scsi via
ASPI, the way basilisk II does.
someone would make a usb device that allow you to plug in 800K and 5.25
smartport drives. There would be drivers for both wintel and mac
platforms.
Kegs and/or XGS would have a way to customize the slots of the emultaor
and have a library of poular board emulations to plug in - Mockingboard
C, Thunderclock, 1MB apple II ram card, Grappletr plus (but may it'll
output PCL instead of epson 9 pin codes? That'd rock!)
someone would come up with an "ethertalk" driver for the lance gs card -
so I can network it to my macs/PC's without a localtalk bridge.
Someone would upload the mythical ROM4 mark twain rom so we can use it
in our emu's (if it really exists - I once heard that MT actually had
an 03 rom)
and, of course - SOMEONE (SSH maybe?) would make transwrap GS's again!!!
and the apple superdrive controller!!!!!
