When the Apple IIe came out, Apple released a patched version of
DOS 3.3 (see "Beneath Apple DOS" for a list of the differences)
without changing the version number. So there are at least two
different "System Master" disks: the pre-IIe one, which includes
Little Brick Out, and the post-IIe one, which doesn't. You have
the latter.

There is another disk that came with the IIe called "Sample
Programs" on which you will find "Brick Out", which may or may
not be the same as "Little Brick Out", I'm not sure.
