The only DOS 3.3 program I ever saw that had a solid Z-Modem was Modem MGR.
Modem MGR was IMO by far the best II+-compatible telecom program ever
written and in many ways it was far better than every other 8-bit telecom
program except for the last version of ProTERM (3.0?), which blew everyone
away. Modem MGR came on 5.25 disks and included DOS 3.3 and ProDOS versions.
