I think the easiest way is to find a disk with the "INTEGER" program inside
and the Hello program that will automatically load the program into the 16K
RAM card (assuming you already have one installed in slot #0).  After the
disk is booted up and getting the "]" prompt, type "INT" and the prompt
would change to ">".  Then you can load and run your integer programs.
ProDOS does not support integer Basic if I remember correctly.
