Set the Control Panel to Scan Slots for boot drive. The IIgs
will then start at slot 7 which contains any hard disk drives or
SCSI volumes and scan for a boot drive and then to
slot 6 which contains any 5.25" floppy drives and then to Slot 5
which contains any 3.5" floppy drives. If it don't locate a drive
by the time it gets to slot 1, it will give you a error messge with
the flashing apple icon sliding across the screen.
