Need info on AE HD+

Hello,

   Today while looking for jumpers to set the ID on a SCSI Hard disk, I found an  AEHD+ from Applied Engineering in the AS IS section of a local used computer store and decided to buy it.

   When I got it home I took one of my 3.5s out of the floppy chain and put the AEHD+ in it's place.  In GS OS I was able to use 800k disks, but when I was in Teach I went to open a file and as soon as the open dialogue box popped up, the one Apple 3.5 drive that I left in the chain lit up and I think the AEHD+ made a loud wwrrriing sound.  I put a disk in the Apple 3.5 drive and then ejected it and it stopped.  Then I went to open the file...every time I went down in the directory where I would select a disk drive, it did this.

   I would like to find some information on this disk drive.
