The only thing I can think of is that MacOpener is not copying the
file from the HFS floppy to your FAT32 drive properly.  It is possible
that MacOpener has an option to convert Mac text files to PC text
files and if this option is on when copying an SDK file, then it will
corrupt the file.  Make sure that MacOpener is doing a binary copy and
not trying to do any text conversions.
