There are quite a few program selectors available.

Mouse desk and another hires selector called SOFT which looks like
Mouse desk but by a different author.

Lots of applesoft selectors
Quix Elect
Sneeze
Teach-Text Pro Launch
Pro Desk
Windows v2.0 by Karl Bunker, Andy Anderson & Ken Collins
Nibble has a few small launcher programs (download the Nibble 2 minute
programs or 3 minute programs .dsk disk)
