Re: AE HD+ driver

I have an AE HD+. I have a driver called AEHD3.52 that does not seem to work with it or with anything really; the GS crashes during boot with this one in the drivers folder. Is this the correct driver? Is there another driver? is my one a corrupt copy? -Bart

I take it this is a floppy drive. The "+" is throwing me. I have an AE HD 3.5 floppy. I might be able to supply you with a copy of the older driver (assuming yours is newer). Due to a major harddrive problem over a year ago it might take quite a while to get appropriate tools to help you out. The problem is the possibility of the driver being in a forked file.

Oddly enough, this might be a good thing for someone to put up on Asimov and Ground. Nobody can be accused of piracy since the driver can only be used if you already have the floppy and a non-functional driver. It wouldn't make sense otherwise... :-)
