Like Roy said: comp.os.cpm.  Look for their FAQ and find the address of one 
Don Maslin.  Don is a wonderful person who has copies of almost every CP/M 
varriant ever produced and for a small fee will make you copies.  I got the 
system disks for my Orborne there.
