What I liked the most was the "Recommended replacement product"
column. For CP/M, it recommends "Windows 98 SE."
--"Microsoft product support, may I help you?"
++"Yes, I'm trying to update my Osborne 1 to Windows 98 SE since you've
announced that it's the official replacement product, and I'm having a
problem. I put the disk in the disk drive and it made a loud CRUNCH!!
when I closed the door, and then when I tried to run the setup program,
I heard this loud SCREECH!!!."
--"Oh my... Have you tried downloading a new disk drive device driver
from our web site??"
