A & Z are on the same circuit. Check the TAB and ESC keys to see if they're
working as they're also on that cicuit but aren't used too much by most people.
If they work then it's just bad key switches. If none of those work then, while
the keyboard cable may be securely plugged in, it may still have a bad
connection. Unplugging the keyboard cable from both the keyboard and IIe
motherboard and plugging it back in usually restores that connection.
Do the same with the (3600 PRO)keyboard encoder. Other than that, I can't
think of anything else you can do without parts.
