what I was looking for.

Sure wish I had access some of the old
reference material I used to use.

Yes, on older Apples, you need to have the Integer Basic ROMs
(or an image in the language card), as the mini-assembler isn't
included on the Applesoft ROMs.

Later on (starting with the Enhanced //e, I think), Apple added
the mini-assembler, updated for the 65C02, and accessible from
the monitor by typing "!".

Enter Integer Basic. Go to the monitor by typing CALL -151.
Enter the Assembler by typing F666G.
