I think Joe Kohn and Tony Diaz have one. I don't recall who else does.

I thought they used the ROM 3 firmware, but there may have been some
mods. I recall that the ROM 3 startup screen shows when you power
up.
I was under the understanding that each ROM 4 motherboard was unique.

There's a number of pictures and one video. I believe there's are some
pics on Tony Diazs site. Can't recall where I saw the rest.
