You might check ebay or other such places for someone selling an IWII
and sheet feeder together. I got one like that a year ago and told the
guy to just send the sheet feeder.

Have you tried making a lower counter-offer? If the sheet feeders are
just sitting in stock without moving, they may consider your offer.
