It is indeed Cartooners by Electronic Arts and it's a ball. Still Play with
it all the time. After you make your cartoons you can even export them to a
VCR. You can also create scenes and actors in Deluxe Paint II, Platinum
Paint etc, and import them as well as MIDI files and music.

It's surprisingly powerful for a program aimed at kids 10-12. MacroMind
Director it ain't, but it's lotsa fun on a GS. Needs 1 meg to run.
