Dear Joe & Sandy,

	Some years ago, I went directly to Western Design Center and tried to
buy five chips for $100 cash. What a mess that B***H put me through! She
refused to sell the chips to me, stating the "chief accountant wasn't in".
Then she tried to insist that the chips be sent to me via UPS. The reason I
went in person to Mesa AZ was to avoid anything to do with UPS. (They lost
the first batch of chips I ordered and paid for. When I asked their delivery
man what happened, he replied, "We got millions o' cust'mahs. You jes' one
cust'mah. Why should we cah 'bout you?" I had to complain to their head
office in Atlanta just to get my damn chips! Never UPS ever again!!!)

	The "B***H" at the WDC office finally agreed to send the chips to me
by Priority Mail. It took three weeks for the package to arrive, and only
after I threatened to ask the Postal Inspectors to arrest her for "fraud".

	There is a real 'problem' at the WDC office. I wobder if William
Mench knows about his employee.
