Tim,
I have never seen them listed on their web site. You need to call. I
bought a couple of those cards from Shreve Systems a while back and they
have their own name for them. From my invoice:
MULTI CONTROLLER CARD FOR 3.5"
That should ring a bell for them. My purchase was a year and a half ago.
At that time they were being sold for $60.18 + shipping. I'm not sure what
the 18 cents was all about, but that was the price.
