Blue Helmet, by FTA is fun... though I don't think it was ever finished.

They also made the Duel: Test Drive (Porsches vs. Ferraris) for the IIgs.  I
used to think that was fun too, until I found out how much faster the PC
version ran. :)

But Spy Hunter IIgs... mm... fun.  And the music is catchy.
