Well actually Wayne.... I happen to know of two cases where it has worked.
but in both cases the card would ONLY work with 1 specific drive and only that
drive. In either case it took a special re-write of the firmware. Would that
I had that firmware; I have 2 Sider cards and no drive alas. I got 1 SCSI to
be recognized (a 20 meg sidways mounted thing with no name on the case and no
number dial or switch for the ID set). it even formated (thanks btw for the
software ;). and on a GS under 6.0.1 I got the drive up on the desktop and
everything BUT I could never write to it AND read back the data. Write yes,
it said file was there yes, read: System crash. consistently. argh! Ah
well...
