I was in Sacramento a few months ago and came up with a CD rom drive.  They wanted $18.50 as is.  I dickered and got it for half off.  
 
My user group has cards for the older computers up for sale.  I was able to pick up a disk ][ drive for under $2.  We have 3 controller cards and a manual for the drive, so I was happy to find it.
