The only thing I can think of is a Localtalk PC Card which had
a 65c02 processor on it but according to Apple, it should have
a 8-pin mini connector on it for the interface. Your card doesn't
appear to have that on it. It looks like a 9-pin connector. It does
appear to have the Zilog 8530 AppleTalk communications controller
on it though.
