Strange (to me) Apple Look alike?

 Hello All,
I came across a computer this weekend called an "OS-22" It looks like a
apple clone. Im not really familiar with vintage apple computers but i
remember seeing one before with the slide off cover on the top that exposes
the card slots and motherboard and this one is the same. The manufacturer is
"tiger". When i boot it up it all it has is a black screen with "OS-22" at
the top and if there is no disk in the drive it goes to a half square
bracket (im not sure what this type of bracket is called) and a prompt. If a
disk is in the drive it automatically loads the directory of the disk. Is
this computer common? Does anyone have any info about it or can tell me a
few commands to find out if it is apple compatible? I have no idea what
commands are used in apple dos.How can i load a program off the disk? I did
a search for it but i couldnt find any info's. On the back of it it has a
video out port and 2 cassette stereo jacks labelled in and out.It has 2
slimline 5.25 " external floppy drives labeled "overdrive I" on both of them
and an rca jack and rca plug comming out of one of the cards that is plugged
into the inside of it. It also has a fan inside a plastic housing, with a
couple of extra plugins, attached to the left side of it. any info would be
greatly appreciated. Thanks.
