It really depends upon how much of an Apple II you have since, once it is
working, ADT is fairly easy to use and fast.  With regular communications
software it seems like you have a slow connection (kermit), or you have to
practice voodoo just to get z-modem functional (I have only managed to
obtain successful transfers from MMGR, and it is a chore to user).  Of
course, if you have a localtalk connection and hard drive, Asimov and
Shrinkit are a dream to use.  Granted, I don't exactly use disk images
these days.
