The integer basic card had a different reset vector that forces the
APple II into the monitor where one could look at memory. The Integer
BASIC's reset vector was programmable to do what the programmer wants,
like wiping memory.
The Wild card is used to copy memory contents to a file on diskette and
was primarily used to capture copy protected programs.
As Wayne implies, these two cards were probably used in conjunction to
copy program code to non protected disks.
