Lemme see..........(rifling through old Apple II receipts)...........

$440.29 retail from a local ma-and-pa computer store 2/4/90. (A.I. 40 meg
InnerDrive)

Thumbing through an A+/Insider circa '91 the Vulcan Gold 40 meg was $589.00
from LRO computer sales. Remember them?

I'm sure the prices varied somewhat depending on where you shopped. Still,
$150.00 is a huge difference.
