System 7.1 might not be too bad to make diskettes for but
System 7.5 is on 19 diskettes and they are put on the HD.
Once on the HD, you mount the first self-extracting archive
and it mounts the 19 parts as a virtual CD-ROM. System 7.1
on the other hand is just 7 - 1.44 meg disk.
Apple distributes 7.5.3 on its web site. You download them
to the 19 disk and copy it on the Mac HD. You can copy
them via a PC by using a program called TransMac.

It will read/write Mac disk on a PC and allow you to copy
files to them. If you can find disk image files of a system,
you can make copies on a PC using Winimage.
