For the Apple IIGS, this requires a program called LaserBeam which
was published by GS Plus magazine. I don't know where you can
get this program now but the program basically allows you to
open any postscript file and output the raw postscript to a laser
printer which would then print the document.
LaserBeam is a native GS/OS desktop program which means that
it has no problem with resource forks so you can take your PS file
directly from your Mac and print out on the IIGS.
