the IIGS scematics are in the Apple IIGS Hardware Reference Manual (by
Addison Wesley). I have the Second edition and both the 256K and 1M versions
are in there.
I don't know if the source code was ever released, unlike the II+, Apple
changed in the way this was released, instead of giving the source code,
only the entry points were published, including toolbox info. This was to
enable them to modify the ROM without having to re-release the ROM code, and
also to improve future compatability for programmers. The Apple IIGS
Firmware Reference (also Addison Wesley) listed most or all of the ROM enty
points with register status before and after the call. The toolbox info is
contained in the 3 Toolbox Reference manuals.
Sorry the IIc+ was not released in Oz, so I can't help you there. But the
IIe definately has a Monitor Rom listing. I don't know if this was ever
updated for the Platinum though.
