The ROM 3 manual ("Apple IIgs Owner's Reference") covers a lot more than
the original manual ("Apple IIgs Owner's Guide"). The main addition is
complete documentation on the GS/OS user interface (including Finder) as
of System 5. This makes the manual at least twice as thick as the
original one.
There is one notable omission: the later manual doesn't show the pinouts
of the connectors.
