Right, I'm not talking about just the motherboard, but rather the boxed set 
of the pan that accommodates the IIgs board for use in the IIe and a 
motherboard.

I know the ROM 00 and ROM 01 boards both had pads for the keyboard/keypad
connectors, and I'm fairly sure I've seen some IIgs' with those connectors 
on them already.

I see that Sun remarketing claims they'll sell those pans for $19 or so, but
their site says it's backordered.  The unit I'm looking at is a new-in-box
upgrade kit with pan, board, and I assume any paperwork that came in the box.
It is considerably more expensive than Sun's pan (which may or may not have an
A26001 model serial number on it), but the one I'm considering purchasing is 
"in the box" which I would assume would make it more of a collector's item.

Very true.  It all matters on the marketing hype associated with the auction.
