I have not upgraded my cache and am getting 12MHz. Only things I've changed
are the crystal and the processor.

Thanks for the answer on the light.
I don't think I'm up to modifying the architecture of the board to change
the clock rate. I'll keep my eyes open for a 50 or 56 crystal.
