These scans were available at Tarnover for a long time, but WDC asked me 
to take them down as they are still under copyright and were never 
released for wide / free distribution.  Apparently, only one company was 
ever licensed to distribute the 65C832 manual and then, only to WDC's 
partners.  The '832 was never mass produced - something like 10 or 20 
prototypes made it out the door to early testers and developers such as 
Applied Engineering.  The a draft of the manual (from which the scans on 
Tarnover were made) accompanied these chips.
