Eh? Bart was explaining the complete scope of methods he had used to
try to connect an HD20 to an Apple II (I'm impressed!)
A SCSI card would not be the "only way to make it [the HD20] work",
because the HD20 cannot be connected to a SCSI card - it isn't a SCSI
device: it uses a floppy disk connector (D-19) and plugs into the floppy
port on a Mac.
His suggestion of a SCSI card implied "... and a SCSI hard drive".
