All four are narrow.
20 nanosecond (I can't remember if the TAGG was 15 or 20, I do seem to remember that we
had to deal with an issue of differing speeds, and right now I don't feel like opening up
the IIgs, I'll try on Monday.)

I would think 20 nanosecond SRAM would be fast enough. Perhaps its the 74HC00.
