JDR Microdevices (www.jdr.com) sells all sorts of old type memory chips
(although a little on the expensive side), and so should most online
electronics dealers.  They helped me in getting memory for my IIgs board.
The biggest problem you're going to find is EXACTLY what kind of chips are
you looking for?  AE put out many boards using different chip types and
capacities.
