help me please!!!

Okay I have two questions--

1.  Where can get a list of all the old programming codes for the apple II?
I took a programming class back in 8th grade and now can't remember it!

2.  There was an old game no graphics where it just asked which way you want
to go and then you could encounter all sorts of weird things like caves with
ogres or midgets with axes in them.  I can't remember the name of it (i
played it in 5th and 6th grade) and this asimov site that all websites refer
to is down so I can't search for it.

Any help I could get would be extremely appreciated.  Please if all possible
