    Were you printing graphics or plain text? Sending graphical data to
the printer (including any types of bitmap fonts) won't take advantage
of the buffer, though sending straight ASCII text will: i.e. printing
from AppleWorks, ProTERM, an Applesoft BASIC listing dump.
