No, it doesn't... As mentioned previously, BBC BASIC had procedure and
function definition... QL SUPERBASIC went one further and the
procedures/functions actually defined new keywords... It also had Repeat
loops and such. It was quite possible to dispense with GOTO altogether.
(And this was in 1983)
Hell, even C has GOTO... It's just that its use is frowned upon to the point
of flogging.
