Did you initiate the send on the send on the PC?  Do you
have the baud rate set to 300 and the settings to 8-n-1?
Did you use the mode command on the PC end to set
the com port?  Then type the dump file to the com port.
It should then send the data to the GS and it will automatically
enter the data into the monitor and save the file.  If this
is ADT that we are talking about.
