Ah well.  I did say MIGHT since I wasn't too sure if the wires
were crossed already or not.  I recall that the old Super Serial
card had that ability to be a null modem without a null modem
adapter by just switching the jumper block to terminal.  I know
that the IIgs is supposed to emulate the Super Serial card and
I was not sure if it emulated that mode. I haven't tried that particular
cable on my computer since it is 25-pin.  I happen to have one
that goes to a stock 9-pin cable that is a null modem cable. I tried
to use that cable on my HP Deskjet 500 but I wasn't able to get
it to communicate with my IIgs. (the 25 pin one)
