Look on the back of the IIgs and if  you see any connectors that are not
along the base of the machine then it is a good indication that there are
cards installed.  Pop the hood of the machine and you should see 7 slots
along the rear of the machine and one towards the front of the case.
If there is a card in the front slot, it is a memory board.  Note the make
and model.  There were several versions.  If there are cards in the rear
slots, note the make and model.  Some of these cards can get you a fair
price on ebay such as a SCSI card.  List them here and I am sure someone
will h elp you identify them.  Also if you are looking to get some of them
working again, some cards would be more useful to you than others. A
SCSI card will allow you to put a CD-ROM or Hard DRive onto the IIgs.
That is why they are so sought after.  On eBAy, they typically sell in the
70-200 dollar range.
