That must be a Appleworks boot disk. When you exit to
Prodos, you can tell it what app to load after that. Select
Basic.system as the application to load. That will get you
back to the Prodos prompt. You can find out the contents
of a disk using

CAT,S#,D#

For a 3.5 disk, the disk drive is in S5 and for a 5.25 is in S6.
If there is only one of each drive, then you would only have a D1
for each size. The second drive of each type is D2. Make sure
that the 3.5" drives are connected first before the 5.25" drives.

For a directory of a 3.5 use: CAT,S5,D1
For a directory of a 5.25 use: CAT S6,D1

Using Command(Apple)/Control/Escape will take you into the
control panel. This is often useful later to set RAM disk and
the clock.

Look for the utility: UTILITY.SYSTEM on one of your prodos
disk. This will let you copy files and format disk. To run it,
you would enter a dash before the name:

-UTILITY.SYSTEM

Then format a disk and copy these files to the new disk to make
a clean boot disk:

BASIC.SYSTEM
PRODOS

Then boot the computer using this disk. From there you can then
download stuff to your PC and using a serial port null modem, transfer
disk images to your computer. Do you have a stock PC? Using
the disk images, you can then make actual working disk. Do you
have any blank floppies available?
