Washington Apple Pi users group has most of the /// software ever
written available for small fees, including, of course, SOS. You'll have
to join the club though, before you can buy the software.

Sometimes eBay has system software (as well as application software) for
the ///, but the prices... oh my! The SARA is much more rare than the
][, and so is much more of a collector's item.

BTW - ProDOS is a "cut down" version of SOS, to run on the much smaller
memory limitations of the IIe/c (as well as not using drivers, since
cards on the II use the ROM memory space of each slot for the driver,
the III didn't do that, it used "driver" software, long before PC-DOS
did.)
