I have a Q-RAM card of similar description which has 4 1meg simms
on it but it is bluish green color.

If it is an XT IDE, they came in 20 and 40 meg versions. I have a
40 meg one in a Tandy 1000 RL system. You might try finding
a Tandy 1000 TL/2, TL/3, RL, or RLX. They all used the XT
IDE mechanism but they are not a common drive. They were designed
for the old XT machines and they came out around 1989 and were
discontinued around 1992/3.

Seems to work on my computer. There appears to be little difference
in power except the amperage of the 12 volt line is a bit different but
I don't know if that will cause a problem.
