It's for switching between different keyboards like QWERTY <-> DAVORAK
or French depending on whats on the ROM. The wire from the switch should
go to a connector J19. Since it's so easy to switch accidentally, I
usually unplug it and if neccessary put a jumper on that connector.

However they provided solder pads on the underside of the keyboard for anyone
that wanted the reset key to work by itself.
