BRUN HELLO (was Re: Appl //c Basic)

A related thing, is thery any simple patch to DOS 3.3 to get it to
BRUN HELLO instead of RUNning HELLO?

With the standard method, when you want a machine code thing to boot
up on any apple (even those with IntegerBASIC), you need three files -
HELLO (A), APPLESOFT (I) and your code (B). Apart from the fact that
APPLESOFT is a pretty misleading name in this situation, it's not very
pretty.

So is there some easy way to change the auto-RUN into an auto-BRUN?
