My physics and chemistry classes are fading.  I thought flourescent lights
were a source of UV.  IE, Isn't it UV waves striking the phosphorus
coating that is causing it to fluoresce?  Is so, indoors with candescent
bulbs would seem preferable.

I am jealous though.  A newly finished basement office?  Heaven!
